Completed Projects
We have owned and operated our family businesses since 1983. This is an entirely separate to our accounting practice although some of our long standing clients will remember that our offices were from time to time located at offices or pubs that we were renovating.
What we demonstrate in buying and improving and selling businesses and properties is an ability to evaluate a business opportunity, to identify potential, to resurrect tired buildings, to rationalise and improve businesses.
All these projects have been marketed and sold by us. In developing a project for sale we have been mindful not only of the profitability of the business, but also the presentation of the premises, the quality and skills of the personnel we employed to run the business, the position of the business in the context of the area and market and the stability of the business going forward.
Value adding to a business requires marketing, managing and hiring the right staff, creating opportunities and services for customers, staff and the community.
Projects we have completed include:
- Renovating Office buildings
- Operating pubs
- Doubling the capacity of a boarding house by adding a new wing
- Building and operating an Aged care facility to 9c Australian Building code Standards
- Renovation of inner city housing
- Urban in fill for strata and community title projects

Lavington Gardens
We had a land bank adjacent to the Lavington Lodge Aged Care facility that we had built, and we obtained a DA from Albury Council to build 20 two bedroom retirement homes on these sites. These were to be built in 4 stages of 5 houses a stage. We marketed the…
